Community Session

In collaboration with Northern Beaches Council's Boss Fit business initiative, Tempo Reformer and Soulbreath have joined forces to bring you the ultimate wellness session!

 

Designed to elevate your physical and emotional wellbeing, join Erin from Tempo Reformer for a 30 minute Matwork Pilates session followed by 30 minutes of Breathwork with Elise from Soul Breath.

Triangle Park, 23 Howard Avenue, Dee Why

 

To book, please head to the Tempo Reformer app, click Change and select Freshwater studio.

Click Buy New Package and scroll to the promotion header.

Purchase the FREE class pass and then head to the Explore tab and book your space.

 

Spaces are limited to just 20 participants so be quick! Please bring with you a pair of socks, drink bottle, towel and a happy attitude!
