Join us for an uplifting afternoon of movement, community, and giving back! We’re opening Freshwater's doors to welcome new clients, celebrate Spring and support Bear Cottage, the only children’s hospice in NSW providing vital care to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

🕘 Time: 12pm Level Tempo (intermediate/open)

12.45pm Base Tempo (beginner)

1.30pm Slow Tempo (stretch, mobility, stability)

2.15pm High Tempo (strength and cardio

📍 Location: 1/23 Lawrence Street, Freshwater
