When we say Challenge, we mean CHALLENGE!


Kicking off on Monday 9th October, our Spring Challenge will focus on your moving your body SIX DAYS a week!! Yes, that's right SIX DAYS a week!!

As Joseph Pilates once said "In 10 Pilates sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions people will see the difference and in 30 sessions you will have a whole new body."


So with those famous words in mind, we have created a Challenge that will see you shed that winter fluff and create a movement practice that we know you will love and want to continue even after the Challenge finishes. Oh and did we mention the Challenge will inspire a bit of friendly competition amongst the people of Tempo! 


~16 classes in four weeks

at Tempo Reformer

~2 at-home matwork Pilates sessions a week

That's 24 Pilates sessions in 28 days and whilst it may not be the 30 sessions old Joseph talked about, we are absolutely positive you will see and feel the benefits of our Spring Challenge!
